To keep everything running smoothly, we deduct the estimate fee (based on the expert's call rate and requested call duration) from your credit card as soon as you request a call.  This money goes into a third-party escrow account, where it’s held nice and safe until after your call is completed. Then we will either refund or charge you an additional amount depending on the actual length of the call.  

Don't worry, if for whatever reason the call doesn't go ahead, you can at anytime get the money refunded.
